Pre-orders are fully refundable. The ₹99 you pay today reserves a jar from our first batch. You can cancel any time before that batch ships and we will refund the entire ₹99 to your original payment method. No questions, no deductions.
When we launch, you choose. We will contact you before dispatch. You can either pay the remaining balance and confirm your order, or ask for a 100% refund of your ₹99 and walk away.
Once an order has shipped. Nutrifuel is a nutritional product for children. For hygiene and safety reasons, a jar that has been delivered cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, write to us at contact@sprigglenutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
Return and replacement timelines. Returns are picked up within 2 to 3 days of your request being raised. Damaged or defective items are inspected and processed within 3 to 4 days. A replacement product is delivered to you within 5 to 7 days.
Refund timeline. Once a refund is approved, the amount is credited to your bank account within 2 to 3 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear in your statement.

When the batch is ready, we will contact you to confirm your order. Once an order is confirmed and paid, we expect to dispatch it within 2 working days.
Delivery timeline. Products are delivered within 5 to 7 days of dispatch. We will share tracking details once your parcel leaves us.

We are still in our pre-launch stage. Final pricing, pack size and formulation may change before we ship. If anything material changes, we will tell you before asking for the balance, and you are free to cancel for a full refund.
